About Kentucky
Kentucky Morrow is an executive with experience in the healthcare, consumer, and industrials sector. Currently he is Co-Founder of Ralli, the first CPG company focused on alcohol health and wellness. In addition to his work scaling Ralli, he is an advisor to multiple startups in the health and consumer sectors.
Prior to founding Ralli, he was a Vice President at England & Company, a middle market investment bank focused on the healthcare, technology, and industrial sectors. While at England & Company he advised Boards and executive teams of leading middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, raising growth capital, and strategic advisory. In addition to his work as an advisor, he led numerous internal initiatives directly with the firm’s CEO, including the development and tracking of KPIs, junior staffing assignments, and standardizing firm material.
Kentucky was previously an Associate at Capitol Partners, a private equity firm focused on the healthcare and industrials sector. In addition, he has served as an advisor to multiple early-stage startup companies in the healthcare and consumer sector.
Outside of his professional activities he regularly volunteers with Johns Hopkins University. In addition to his volunteering with the University he regularly mentors college students.
Kentucky holds a Masters of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, and Political Science and Economics from Emory University.
